YOU ARE KNOW AS AN ACTOR, AN AUTHOR AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST A JAZZ SINGER UNDER THE NAME ADA MORGHE. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL... CAN YOU PLEASE INTRODUCE YOURSELF AND YOUR PROJECTS? There are currently two projects that are of particular interest to me. The film FRAU MUTTER TIER was released on the 21st of March. I worked on the material for almost ten years, first as a playwrighter, then as a screenwriter. I also took one of the leading roles in the film and contributed a song to the soundtrack. That was a special stroke of luck because I got to know my music producer through the film musicians. After shooting the film, four months later I stood at Abbey Road Studios in London and recorded my debut album "Pictures", which was released on February 15 with SONY. One could say that in FRAU MUTTER TIER my artistic activities of the last 20 years come together. Another project close to my heart is the charitable children's art house, which I founded almost eight years ago with my husband Sebastian Zembol. We wanted to create a place where children and adults can live out their creativity - without any pressure to perform or achieve results.
WHY DO YOU DO WHAT YOU DO? I love working together with other people, learning new things and being inspired by the ideas and creativity of my environment. And I am happy when I also inspire others with my art. It is one of the most beautiful feelings when you experience the creative "flow" alone or with other people.
SINCE WHEN HAVE YOU BEEN DEALING WITH THE TOPIC OF SUSTAINABILITY? In everything I do, I try to adopt different perspectives. I believe that every person who treats himself, his fellow human beings and his environment respectfully and respectfully, and acts responsibly, automatically lives sustainably. Since I have children, the term has taken on a more urgent meaning. The question of the sustainability of what one does is simply more important with children. After all, we are talking about the generations after us.
WHAT HAS CHANGED IN YOUR LIFESTYLE SINCE THEN? I live more consciously, because I want to convey the value of something to my children.
DO YOU THINK YOU CAN CONVINCE OTHER PEOPLE TO BUY AND LIVE MORE SUSTAINABLY? I think what you exemplify is the most convincing. In this way, of course, I hope that I can convince other people to think and live sustainably. I myself, by the way, also like to be inspired by others.
WHAT WOULD YOU HOPE FOR IN THE FUTURE FROM THE FASHION INDUSTRY AND CONSUMERS? That it is not a fashion phenomenon to produce sustainably, but an attitude, a statement! And that we all think much more often about whether you really need one or the other.
THE KINDERKUNSTHAUS IS ALL ABOUT CREATIVITY, ALSO IN THE SENSE OF DEVELOPING IDEAS. DOES THE TOPIC OF SUSTAINABILITY ALSO PLAY A ROLE HERE? The recycling topic is at the top of our list, from material donations to detailed waste separation. That's not a barrier to creativity. On the contrary - it inspires! Every day we have a very high consumption of paper and other materials, some of which we receive from residual stocks from various manufacturers. Our cellar is a real "second-hand paradise". It is always fascinating to see what ideas you come up with when you take things from their original destinations and "reassemble" them. This is often how the greatest works of art are created.
CAN YOU NAME SUSTAINABLE HOTSPOTS IN MUNICH OR LONDON? I love the concept store "Sois Blessed" in Munich, which describes itself as a "place of values". Apart from the fact that you'll find incredibly beautiful furniture and clothes from labels that work sustainably and under fair conditions, it's a place for all the senses. In London I like to go to the "Petersham Nurseries" - they pay a lot of attention to sustainability there. Everything is from their own cultivation or from surrounding farms. The restaurant with its shop is an absolute highlight all year round.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PIECE ON THE WEARNESS?I love the Munich label Mykke Hofmann. The two founders design beautiful, feminine and at the same time very casual clothes and pay attention to good working conditions in their production facilities. So I can wear great clothes and at the same time support a good cause.
